No emotion just the facts:

-I have thousands of ants coming from every corner of my apartment. I have not been able to cook or keep any garbage cans in my home at all. There is no poison or ant bait that can control this problem. & by the way, ants have also entered my car in the parking lot.

-Construction is non stop and noisy. Which has only made the complex unsafe and dirty.

-Construction crews & management enter tenants homes frequently. They are only required to give 24hours notice (if any). Management has also prevented tenants from entering their own homes to during specific construction times.

-Construction crews leave your home destroyed with dust, dirt, torn carpet, scratched walls, and then expect you to clean it, & repair it.

-Tenants are forced to beg for things to be fixed or repaired. Several tenants (post construction) have been left without screen doors that obviously help keep out bugs such as mosquitos!

-Car vandalism is affecting many people who live here.

-The front office staff is incompetent for the task at hand. They indeed gave everyone a gift certificate to Morton's grill but only after receiving numerous complaints from tenants. They are also rude, unprofessional, and disorganized.

In summary, Miramonte/Trovas is picture perfect from a safe distance but up close you will witness unlivable conditions situated right on top of a huge anthill.
