I have lived here since 01/04. If you are unhappy about the construction and ant problems etc, you may want to regard all your comments to the management company who built and leased up the complex. Fairfield Mangagment is responsible for all the construction problems. They built it, not any of the management companies who just do there job and thats to manage.
Yes, there is a huge ant problem! You could go to any one of the new complex's built around this area and you will experience the same problem. In fact, I gaurantee that home owners who had there nice new house built around here too are having the same problems.....
