Apparantly the apartments have faulty balcony's that were not waterproofed properly. So since over 3 months at least they have been doing work on the balcony, at different times, each time all my patio things have to be moved into my apartment. They do work sporadically so my apartment is like a work zone all these months. Now they put some chemical a week ago on the balcony and its unbearable staying in the apartment. They left a note saying not to put the patio things on the balcony until further notice and its been over a week I have been living like this.
They dont reduce the rent to compensate, oh they did give a $100 dollar gift certificate to Mortons Steakhouse. How retarded is that considering I am a vegetarian and the fact i would much rather have the money instead of this nonsense.
I bet you a lawsuit would really reveal a lot of issues with this place.
Not recommended. This place is also infested with ants and spiders.
