Ok ill start off with what I do like about these apartments before I tell you all the stuff that they are lacking.

The inside of the apartents look nice and the outside of them did too before all the construction but that will be fixed soon.

WHY NOT TO RENT HERE!

1. They don't fix problems in your apartment in a timely manner. We have to run a cable from our TV all the way across the apartment just to find a cable that works.

2. There is rarely an open unreserved parking spot past 9 pm. For about a month straight I would get home and search for about fifteen minutes before giving up and stealing a handicapped spot, which they then towed the car. How rediculous to not be able to park in your own complex.

3. The windows do not hold out any outside sound at all. I can hear every car loudly from anywere in my apartment!

4. We got a dish and asked them about it before we moved in and they claimed it was ok, and sneakishly had us sign the papers basically lieing about what it said on them saying that they will just give us the summary of what it says. We now can't get signal from our apartments.

5. Yes there is an ant problem here.

6. The people below us can here any noise we make, which i feel bad for them, but really, we are not loud and may be up late, but the say that when we walk around, they can hear every thump, and it is easy to tell that our floor is not that secure.

THESE APARTMENTS LOOK NICE BUT ARE VERY CHEAP. Oh and I really cant say I that the ladies at the front are rude, I think they do their job, but no one else here does.
