I have lived at Miramonte for almost 3 years now and have had a great time. The new managment which took over about a year ago - FPI Management, is doing great. Constrcution was needed to the patios, but management made this as least invasive as possible. Any concerns I have the staff in the office always listens and shows they care. Ants can be anywhere, especially with weather change, but nothing a little bug spray can't fix. If you want to live somewhere nice inside and out that has unbeatable prices come here. Its the best!!!
