The girls in the management office are lazy, rude, snotty, and unhelpful. When you call to request a work order, they don't even let you explain the problem before they hang up on you. They act put out to have to help you and are just plain -------. I hate to say that, but they are sooooo rude. Also, you have to put in about 12 work orders to get the one minor problem you want taken care of fixed. My laundry room door still falls off the hinges everytime you open, even though maintenance has been in to fix it 3 times. Bottom line, the apartments look nice, but if you can't stand being talked down to like you are unintelligent white trash, don;t love here.
