Too expensive, although it's on the "good" side of Natomas, crime is still pretty high. Office staff knows next to nothing- every time I've spoken with one of them they have been extremely rude to me, lied right to my face, and can never give me an answer to a question or help me solve my problem. Have a maintenance repair' Good luck getting it taken care of. Although they came quick whenever we needed a battery in our smoke detectors replaced when we had a SERIOUS FIRE HAZARD in our apartment they did NOTHING. Not only did the management office LOSE their copy of my door key but they wanted to charge me to have it replaced!!! DON'T waste your money, go live elsewhere.
