I met my wife while I lived here, so I guess I'm a bit partial. The grounds aren't bad, just a little "natomas", in the way they are newly built, and rushed. The apartments are the same you see up and down truxel and natomas blvd, and most of sacramento....not a bad design, just done before. my only real complaint would be the staff. how many times i stood there in the office while they chatted on the phones, or the girl in the back talked to someone about nothing...dont think she knows we can hear her back there. Anyway, if you can take care of yourself, like a roman tub, and the bbq on the porch, it wasnt bad. if you had loud neighbors, loud cars, hookers in the office, and ants...not really worth your time.
