This has been a great place to live. Despite the number of apartments, it's fairly quiet and sedate. Sure, once in a while you hear a siren and there were a few car burglaries over a year ago, but name a place that it doesn't happen. The improvements to the patios and balconies were a little inconvenient and they never quite finished the inside trim, but at least they took steps to fix the problem and I, too, received a $100 Mortons card. At least one of the office staff has been here since I moved in. They are more responsive and more approachable than most of the complexes I've lived in. I was not impressed with the first security company but the current one seems okay. All in all, the rent is great for a huge apartment and the location can't be beat!
