I would like you to know about Miramonte Trovas Apartments.
The Place itself was nice for the area, you have stores and restaurants across the street. The Bad things...Neighbors were very noisey upstairs and outside(drunks or druggies)were always outside around about 1 am up to 4 am and you wondered if they had a job' They were always loud, so count on no sleep on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and picks up again on Wednesdays. Miramonte Trovas has security, and I called them about these problems about roudyness at night, but nothing was ever done, they will drive by, show their presence, and that is it. My car windsheild got cracked in the parking structure(who knows who did this') and on July 4th I saw a vandal committing vandalism to a new car across from me, The owner came outside, I let him know description, next thing I know he is weird himself! He starts scaring my little kid and banging on my windows of the apartment for a good 45 minutes also front door(I totally ignore him, hoping his girlfriend will get his leash, as I did smell Alcohol when I did talk to him. This Apartment is Fast on repairs if you have any that is a plus for them. The Bad thing now is that my kid cannot continue school in this area, as the school here only goes to the 5th grade, and Natomas only has Heron Middle School and first preference goes to HomeOwners! I tried to Appeal this with the school board. No Luck! The biggest bad thing is that I want to 'Break my Lease' here, and I did tell the truth up front to them when I signed the Lease Agreement, that I would most likely want to move within 7 months of living here instead of a year. What was I told' In the beginning when I spoke with a girl who looked like the singer "----", she said: Oh breaking a lease should not be a problem, all that will be done is that you will have to pay '1 months rent' and possibly some deposit will be lost. Now it is 7 months later and I am told a shocking amount!!! Only $1981.oo and maybe some or all of deposit as my lease resignation will not be honored until I come up with this amount of CASH first! What the $#&@! How do these people expect me to have Moving money for a truck and the Rent for a new Move and Utility Money for the next place''' What a nightmare! I will have to have at least $4200 just to get out of here. I will leave here before 3 weeks, so RENTER BEWARE!!! if you are not rightly explained the so called "Terms and Conditions" of breaking a lease! I will arrange the money by wire from India.

If you break a lease anywhere, you are responsible for the remaining contract. A verbal acknowledgement (who cares if the girl looks like ----) that you can break the lease early is as good as the paper it is written on. I signed the same lease which states that if broken, you will be responsible to pay the remaining amount of rent for the term of the lease plus a penalty fee. Did you read your lease?
