The place was nice while living there, but they did not seem to happy when we moved out. Later I found out that instead of getting our deposit back, they took the deposit and charged us almost $400! And you know why' To renovate the apartment. Seems unnecessary for the fact that the walls were in great shape when we moved out. We never smoked inside, never had a party, nothing! Only you typical wear from the couch and beds against the wall. They even painted the CEILING of all things!!! We were supposed to perform a walk through 48 hours prior to move out, was it done' Never heard from them. Oh, what else did they do' They attempted to charge us for an additional 3 days of lease after our lease had expired! I am fighting them in small claims court still, I moved out in July. What a stress, its not worth it. I would not recommend this apartment unless you want to be screwed over! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

Hello. I moved out in August and they charged me $400 above and beyond as well--to replace the carpet. The most upsetting part of this is that the carpet was absolutely FILTHY when I moved in, which is noted on my move-in checklist. AND, I only lived there for one year!!! So now I am currently being harassed by collections trying to collect this "supposed debt!" This is extremely frustrating and hopefully this posting and my response will dissuade any potential renters from renting here.
