Been living here for over 2 years, and have seen way too much crap going on. I've called the police and security on several occasions because of the idiots they let move in here. Our vehicles have been broken into. My friends who moved out of their 2 bed apt had their cars broken into 7 times in a year. Ants are horrible, and the managers don't even take time to spruce up the place by picking up obvious garbage. I can hear and feel every footstep of the baby and parents above me, and I can smell the pot of the neighbors all of the time. Yup, and this is in N. Natomas. Parking is aweful. Make sure you're home before 9:00 pm our you're out of luck. This place is a joke.

omg i had the same problem when I was living there. They either need to hire a better staff or shut down

I've live in Miramonte for a little over two year and having a hard time paying rent due to my husband getting laid off. I went to the office today and spoke with another new leasing agent who was rude and didn't care. This place and the people who work here are so unprofessional and rude. If you could have seen the look who that b***h face priceless. So now I'm suck struggling to pay this high ass rent and try to take care of two kids, all the bills and keep my sanely for another 10 month dam this sucks.
