Miramonte/Trovas is a HORRIBLE experience. The worst thing is the management. Simply put, they are apathetic and aloof. Here are some examples:

• My refrigerator broke, and it took 5 days to get fixed. There was no urgency, and all of my food spoiled.
  
• The lights outside my apartment went out and it took 7 days to fix. It was pitch black dark when I stepped out each night. A neighbor's kid nearly fell down the stairs, and still it took an additional 4 days to fix the light.
  
• Some inside information: the repair people showed me that the complaints were not even recorded by the management, until several requests were made.
  

Overall, the staff don't care about the tenants. This is a universal feeling amongst the residents. Just look at the majority of comments about them.
