I cant wait until my lease is up in these apartments. Ive lived there for almost 2 years now (not by choice) and i need to leave now because i cant take it anymore. These aparments treated me so good when i first moved in and now that ive lived there for some time they are the rudest management team ever. Not only is the management horrible but dont expect to be able to park in your own parking space unless you pay $30 extra on your rent. When i get home late at night I have absolutely no where to park. When I go to the office to complain they act like they could care less and that its my problem. THey tell me "We can give you a parking spot for $30 a month" WHAT''' Are they serious... I already pay more than $900/month plus $30 in water and they want to add on an additional $30 just to be able to park. I have never heard of such a thing. For anyone who reads this.... please do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE IN... Trust me... you will not be happy

NEw management since mid-2007. They do not charge for parking spot and many upgrades to community have happened incuding renovations to pool. Management is nice. Maintenance is decent. They may change the water/sewer trash bill to be individually paid/determined by use after June so beware of that.
