I am a possible new tenant of miramonte-trovas. All your reviews are dead on. I feel like I am dealing with the most incompetent staff ever! Its so hard to just a simple phone call back as we go through the approval process.
After reading all these reviews (and yes I have read them all), I dont want to live there. I have been looking at others in the area but they are so much more expensive. Maybe its worth the expense to know that I have a parking space, my vehcile isnt going to be broken into repeatedly after I sign a years lease and my maintenace issues will be resolved properly and promptly.
Any ideas on where else to look. ''''

Yeah. I'm a current resident of Miramonte/Trovas and moving out today. I'd say choose a place on the west side of the 5 freeway. Everything on the east side seems so strange. Lights timed in such a way that the light in front of you is green while your light remains red... incompetent staff at apartment complexes like Miramonte/Trovas... the list goes on.
