I am currenly living here* I was impressed like so many of u out there by the Model on Feb-10-09 I am in a 2 bedrm 2 bath* Moving in w/ my boyfrind and our 2 boys. Frist we had problems with INSECTS coming out of everywhere ROLLIE POLLIES and Black ants. They came out of ALL the rooms, So I called Front office Kathy says' They come out every other Week, so which means the 24 hrs maintence is'nt really what they tell u when signing the lease..2nd the Balconies are so old they're cracking. We hate it going outside at night because sooo many Buges get inside becuse of the lighting they have. 4th on October 5th I called and complained about the Parking lot it has'nt been dusted in years the lights go off there. So the very next day I seen a Girl who was sweeping everything away. wow I thought if I dont call things just stay the same around this old place* Oh and lastly Maintenace is Durty and they always leave behind a bad smell. Essply the ------- one he's really mean ask him about #74 and the Girl he told of which would b me. I told front office of his behavior & when coming across each other in the parking lot or elsewhere we look at each other bad, thats NOT PROFESSIONAL of him* Sorry I dont knw his name thats y I refred 2 him in the Nicest way. This aprt is so small nothing fits. I always go 2 Costco but I cant anymore bacuse there is NO space 2 store ANYTHING*The Grass is ALWAYS SO MUDY even in the summer. These people waste a lot of Water and Light (Since they dont pay a Single CENT! BEFORE desciding 2 move here PLASES have the Mgr. tour u to ur aprt to be! NOT THE MODEL. Oh yeah the staff dose'nt like me because I tell them there TRUTHS about this Fn place. My lease is over til Feb 10 of 2010 & am counting til we move.

Do not expect to see your apartment. They only would show me the model, even though my apartment was vacant. My apartment turned out to be terrible, definitely not like the model. Bait and Switch!!!!

I'm sorry, but I live here too and the maintenance men are not rude and do not smell. I've lived here for three years and haven't had a problem. Maybe the reason you have a problem is because you get what you put out. Are you one of those who let their kids run around all day by themselves?
