When I moved to this complex last winter I was very excited to have found such a great complex with low rents and friendly office staff. At that point parking was ample; many more open parking spots than the amount of cars using them. Since then parking has become more and more difficult. As another tenant stated the spots are very small and the no parking areas are often filled up in the late evening. If you value your car s paint job, forget it! My car s doors are now full of dents and chipped paint. Also, when I moved in I was informed that the pool and exercise room would be opening soon, ten months later they are still closed. Now, with the New Year they are raising our rent, with nothing to show for it.
