Beware any free rent ploy as its so not worth it. The gym/pool hasn't been opened, the appliances are shot, and the plumbing/electrical is a joke. By the way, management is unresponsive but posts here as a current resident to build up their own review. Don't be fooled. However you will enjoy it when one of the ghetto residents gets drunk and crashes in to parked cars (maybe yours') on New Year's Eve.
