You know how when you go to a semi-fancy restaurant and the wait staff is snooty and rude, but you laugh at them because well, they're just servers. This is the best scenario for describing the management at MSCII. Julia (in particular) and Diana are both extremely rude and condescending, even though they're just, um, slum management (not even slum lords!). You have to sort of chuckle. Granted, the majority of folks who live in these apartments are probably not educated themselves; there are a few of us who are educated, make good livings, and lived here while we saved our money to purchase our first homes. It's unfortunate that the management can't tell the difference between their quality renters and they're less desirable tenants and in turn treat everyone badly.

I agree I have had multiple issues with the management, when ever I have a problem with something in my apartment and I report it, they treat me as if I am a child or something no respect and overall extremely rude, My girlfriend has to talk to them anytime we have a problem any more because I cant stand them.
