My husband & I have lived in Morningside Creek I for the last 4 years. We have never had a problem with the apartment complex or the staff. Diana & her staff have always been very helpful (above & beyond) & have always responded quickly to our requests. The very best thing about these apartments is how quiet the community is. We have loved that this complex runs a "tight ship" b/c it has made it a great place to live for the last 4 years. As graduate students we needed a place that we could study without distractions & this place has provided exactly that. We have been comfortable here, we have felt safe here, & we have always been well taken care of by our landlords. We have NEVER had a rent increase in our 4 years here. I would recommend this place to anyone, with this advice...if you're able to follow the basic rules of the lease & respect your neighbors you will LOVE IT here, HOWEVER, if you lack that respect & want to throw parties/make obnoxious noise your time here will be less than desirable b/c if Diana doesn't get to you first, I can promise your neighbors will. The community here looks out for each other like a family & we like it comfortable, respectable, & quiet...that's why it is so great here. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live in my time here in Sacramento. We are moving out of the area in a few months, but if I EVER return to Sacramento, I will return to Morningside Creek Apts I.

'Funny' how certain people have no rent increases while others have two and three. Also 'funny' how your neighbors will get to you when your small children run and play during daylight. While I believe in quiet during night hours, management exaggerates to a point. This place is great as long as you don't have kids a family or get out of line. That's why I moved to a house and pay less!
