I recently moved out of this apartment after two years. Diana and her staff were always more than helpful with any situations or maintenance issues. At first I thought their rules seemed a little on the strict side, but being that it's not in the best neighborhood, it did help. I have never had any issues with noise or crime, and it was probably because of how strict the management office was. So that's a huge plus. The kitchen was HUGE, with more than enough storage for kitchen stuff, but the living room was a tad bit small. I did get a $30 rent increase letter about 3 months after I moved in, and graciously paid the increase. However about 6 months later, the management contacted me and informed me of the mistake, and next months rent was reduced by the amount I had over paid. There were nights when I could hear my neighbor playing his electric guitar at 10pm, which I didn t report so that wasn t the managements fault. I freaking loved it here and would love to move back, but I couldn't afford the rent that they are charging now. I recommend it here if you can afford it.
