pretty good place to live, the office staff is helpful and polite. the only big problem i have found is the sirens coming down bell ave. my apartment faces bell, so it may not even be an issue for some people. but almost every day, sometimes several times a day, something goes by with a siren. when all the doors and windows are shut, the noise reduction is amazing, you dont even notice, but if you have anything open, it can be very annoying. the maintanence people are pretty fast and seem to do a good job, although i havent seen them work. the complex has a gate, but its often left open

I feel the same way. My only comfort with the sirens, is the emergency crew is very close in case something goes wrong with my family, or the place has an emergency. Other than that, Diana has been great and my kids love her to pieces.
