After living at Morningside Creek 1 apartments (yes, there is a Morningside Creek 2 as well) for the past three years now, all my Wife and I can say is: Great place to live! That is, if you don't party, use drugs, and like a quiet complex where people know you by name, not by your apartment number. Diana, the apartment manager, lives on the complex, so she has a vested interest in keeping this a wonderful place to live. In the three years that I've lived here, I have never had anything but good experiences with her. She has taken care of our maintenance requests, kept this a safe place to live and helped us when things weren't going very well. The ONLY time that I've seen residents having trouble with Diana is when they didn't pay rent on time (and there's a 5 day period to do so), did drugs or other illegal activities, had more people living in the apartment than were on the lease or other nefarious activities. Truly, if you are a hard working, honest person who doesn't disturb the peace and want a quiet, safe place to live, then this is the place for you. If you like to party all the time, maybe you need to look elsewhere. I've lived in apartment complexes where the people never know you by anything other than your apartment number, and this is not that place. Diana cares about the residents, and the overall atmosphere of this complex that my family calls home. I would recommend this complex to anyone who values the aforementioned qualities. Also, with the economy tanking, another plus is the fact that rent has not seriously gone up while we have lived here. There have been only minor increases, which we can't really complain about.
