If you want an apartment where the cops are not regular visitors, go here. The resident manager is skilled at eliminating resident thugs. When the management took over neigboring Silver Creek Apts, after a few months, cop visits dramatically dropped. So did the numbers of cockroaches in the former resident thugs' apartments.

The place is silent. Noise comes only from outside--cars on the street--except when the landscape is maintained every Friday morning. I wish there was a lounging garden in here, where I could sit and relax or just walk around. At least, there's a pool, basketball court and fitness room. And there are many grown trees, too! Apartments are well-maintained, even the appliances. Some washing machines and driers are very old but still functioning well; they're quite noisy, though. Before I signed up I was told that the gas will be paid, but later I realized that the stove and heater are all powered by electricity. That's deceptive advertising. At least, the place is better than average, and the resident manager is pleasant and helpful. Automatic payments are not available, so I have to write a check every month. Gates are secure and sometimes they hire private security.
