I just moved here about two months ago and I know I relied on this site when I was searching so I am here now, writing this. I wanted to wait a bit before I wrote it to get a feel for the place. When I came to inquire, the gate was broken and wires were hanging out. It is fixed now so that makes me feel safe. I live on the smaller side, BTW. Seems like there are fewer screaming children over here. Jepetta was very helpful and friendly from the onset, as was Josh. I am still not sure about Diana, however. I agree with the previous poster that mentioned the sirens... they can be LOUD. But, it is infrequent. The location here is amazing, especially if you have a dog or child, there is a nice park about a block away. Lots of the appliances are older, but they seem to be on top of maintenance and the maintenance man is very nice. I can feel the floors in my bedroom slanting and falling apart under the carpeting though, and I could tell from odors that the lady that lived here before me was a crazy cat hoarder. Overall, I came into complex living with low expectations, and as of now I am pretty satisfied.
