So I just moved in here a few months ago and I couldnt be happier!!! When I first looked at Morningside Creek I was amazed at how nice the staff was. Josh was so professional and seemed very nice. He let me know that the staff does not put up with lease violators right off the bat. I am a "young professional" and this was exactly what I was looking for. After seeing the property I drove through it at night and he was right. It was very quiet even at midnight. I returned to the office on Joshs day off. :( However the manager was there and she was just as amazing!!! Her and Josh got my application approved very quickly and called me during the process. On my move-in day I felt relieved at how much time Josh put into going over the lease. If he was this strict with me I knew he would be doing the same to my neighbors lol. I have now lived here for about two months and the only problem I have had is my door lock broke when I cme home late one night. I called the on call emergency number and the maintanence guy was so professional over the phone and got her incredibly fast. He fixed my locck and I was inside my apartment in minutes!!! This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at.
