Apartment living isn't ideal no matter where you go. This place was good for price and location, but I wouldn't recommend it.

For the earlier review, the owners of the property are Trammell Crow Real Estate, they are a great company so I think the problems are more with the managemnt and they are managed by Holland Residential. To be fair, with 800 apartments in one complex, there is only so much they can do.

I think our biggest problem with this place was our neighbors. We mind our own business but did have to call the Managers once and the managment was very friendly but nothing really came of it until 4 months later when they evicted the people.

After our "mishaps" with the burgluraies and rapes...they have tried to have securty gaurds, but only one guy seems to do his job and it probably wouldn't make much difference anyway. I'm sure the problems were from the inside, this place is definately ghetto at night.

We like the layout of the apartment and have had no problems with the actual apartment itself, but we do worry about our safety. I wouldn't recommend it to single women or people with little kids.
