I still live in this hole! I moved here from the bay area and needed someplace a little cheaper until I built my savings up a little more. When I first moved here it seemed very quiet and we used to walk around at night. No problems and everyone seemed very nice. Once they lowered the rent the people living here lowered also. I now feel like I have to look around before getting out of my car to walk to my door. I get home late and I go a week sometimes with out getting my mail because it's so dark by my mailbox. It feels very unsafe and there's not a week that goes by where you don't come home to the police in the parking lot. Shady people walking around all the time, the laundry rooms are filthy, there's trash all over the place, and my car was broken in to. I'd be happy to pay the price for a place in the bay again after this experience. I'll be breaking my lease in May and won't have any problem paying the fee. I can't wait to get out of here!!!
