This is the worst and scariest place to live, and worse yet, the managment company does not care. There was another sexual assault this week and I asked to get out of my lease one month early becasue I no longer fell safe. They said this was not a good enough reason to let me out of my lease early. I would still have to pay the fine, which is double what I pay a month, in order to leave early. EVEN IF YOU FEEL UNSAFE living here. They also continue to ingnore my requests to have somthing fixed right outside my apartment. I recommend that no one lives here.
