The only good thing about this complex is the rent is reasonably cheap. I lived there for 15 months and in that time, there was one shooting, five apartments robbed, and someone got beat up in the laundry room! Honestly the low rent wasn't worth it.
My neighbors were very loud and there were little kids (6 or 7 years old) running around the parking lots at all hours of the night and day. They did hire a private security company to monitor the entrance, but that guy just sits in his car and lets everyone through. I've seen maybe 3 cars get stopped while trying to enter the complex.
If I had it to do over agian, I wouldn't even drive past Tamaron Ranch
