I am currently a resident at Tamaron Ranch, and I cannot even begin to describe what a negative experience this has been. I continue to live here because rent is cheap, and for the time being, I have very little income. The staff is highly incompetent and rude, outside of one agent (Nicole). The security FORCE is extremely vigilant, and I've bore witness to them harrassing several residents- Basically anyone that comes in after 8pm or so is automatically a criminal. Speaking of, since I've lived here, I've obtained police reports for the two rapes and five break-ins over the 2004 holiday season, and just earlier this summer, a murder. I've had all kinds of additional fees tacked onto my rent, and even so I know what Holland Residential is doing is wrong. I realize that I am completely powerless at this point. The 'Gardeners' come as early as six in the morning, cutting grass and bushes immediately outside of residents' windows, and the noise from tow-trucks is constant. Fortunately I've only got to subject myself to this filth for another few months, and after that I will never rent or have conversation with a complex operated by H.R. ever again. This is as honest and objective as I can possible be without vulgarities... Don't say I didn't warn you. Move in at your own risk.

Murder, your a moron they have never had a murder at tamaron if it happened we all would know you sound like a snobb i just lived their because the rent is cheap if that was the only reason you could of moved to stockton blvd. moron

Jeez, what a genius response! A friend of mine lived there for about four years (until 1993), and he saw the place decline severely. The crime was out of control and management seemed to let in anyone, regardless of how they behaved. He was glad to move, and I'm glad he did.

i agree. i lived at Tamaron for 1 year and it was the WORST year of my life. You summed up everything perfectly. and YES there was a murder. google it idiots. oh and to hatesnobbs05 it's you're not your; you ignorant moron.
