this place is tired. the office crew is down right rude and arrogant. they do not think about the folks who live here. the maintenance guys are not responsive and timely.
the grounds are well maintained. the units are old and not kept up. old kitchen and bathroom gear, very old. old stinky carpets. they do not paint the units. i've lived in mine 3 yr and it needed painting in 2003. paint now in 2005-6 no way. i think the units should be painted every 3-4 years.
the complex is the largest in sacramento. (800)units. so the place is bound to have good and bad points. so all the office and maintance need to do is have some respect for the folks who live here.
i think holland co. is making lots of money. if they do not make some changes then it will go back to the 90's when it was discovery park, when crime was on the go here at 2025 w el camino ave. the rent was cheap and drugs and crime were everywhere.
