A very large apartment complex. Maintenance issues are not responded to in a timely manner. Many tenants are low life scum. On a positive note, the parking areas were recently repaved.. however that resulted in my car being towed because the area I was assigned to was being improved. I assume the kickback from the towing company went to finance the repair/improvement. I don't mind having guests over for an extended stay, but roaches are certainly not good dinner companions. The management could have been a little more proactive in addressing my concerns there.
In addition, dogs poops are everywhere.
