i moved to tamaron ranch in 2005 thinking it was a great location, being so close the freeway and downtown sac. boy was i way wrong. i had no idea this 1000 unit beyond ghetto crack-plex was infested with ex-parole-ees, rats, and poor management. i dont know where to begin. the laundry rooms are FILTHY. half the time there broken and the washers leak. my cars been broken into twice right in front of my apartment. security is a complete JOKE. they are extremely RUDE to guests coming to visit residents like myself, refusing to let anyone past the gate without a 'guest pass', which they refuse to give without the resident 'calling' them for permission. meanwhile peoples cars are getting broken into on a regular basis, domestic fights in the parking lots, a car stolen with a BABY in the backseat, people getting attacked in the laundry rooms, and CHILD MOLESTORS roaming this --------. MAITENANCE is also a JOKE, driving around on their golf carts all day pretending to work, half of them look like METH USERS. if you have any class at all, dont move here. believe me, you too will regret signing the lease of doom here at TAMARON RANCH.
