Well I think that there are a few extremist on this site. I have lived here for a year and never had any real problems. I had a leak in my celing and I called and the guy came that night to fix it. There is a little noise occasionaly, but nothing more or less then anywhere else that I have lived. There was a stabbing somewhere around where I live, but you have to figure that this place has the population of a small city, 1 stabbing is not that bad.
I will admit that the gate thing is a joke, but it is not like we have the mafia coming in with ozzies attached to there hood. (as some reviews would lead you to believe)
Lastly the office staff is realy nice. The gal that I signed my lease knows my name even though I think that she has only seen me 3 or 4 times.
Over all this place is pretty good, expecially considering the area. Don't be fooled by the extriemist, it realy is a nice place to live.
