The staff in the office are sweet as pie until you sign that lease, then all pleasentries go out the window! They are so rude. The security is a joke. I have 2 neighbors who are constantly blasting their radio all hours of day and night and neither management or security do anything about it. not to mention there is always some argument or fight every fri/sat outside my window. I can't wait til my lease is up.
