My husband and I relocated to Sac from SoCal, and we were shown this apartment complex in the middle of a work day, and, trust me, looks can be deceiving. It looked like a very well-kept, quiet suburban complex. The brochure was very professional..almost elegant, and the staff was very welcoming. This all turned out to be a complete facade, whe we moved in 3 Saturdays later. We arrived to find out that we were about to become residents of a suburban "project." Our neighbors were sitting on a stoop drinking whiskey out of a flast at 11am, talking about their welfare. Another neigbor who we were fortunate enough to meet informed us that there had been a couple of rapes in the complex as well as a high incidence of gang activity'!' We complained enough to get out of the lease and we moved out 1 day later into a nice complex. Moving to Tamaron was an AWFUL experience, and I strongly discourage anyone from moving there.
