A lot of things have happened in my 3.5 year residency here at Tamaron Ranch. Was great in the beginning... Beautifully maintained and great management. Then it just went down hill and has not stopped. This complex has 796 units and half are section 8 which is not diclosed to us FULL rent paying tenants. I never get my parking space as it is in front of the Laundry room.. We have had a rape and asked what happened and they declined to tell us until the next morning we made the news... What a great feeling waking up alone knowing someone just got raped where you live. I have tried to get out of the lease and they denied. They said they are happy with the police and how they respond to incidents. Which they do not. This community has the police, helicopter hovering, undercover cops about every Friday or Saturday for some sort of drama. I just stay in after dark and don't talk to anyone. This place is just scary and full of angry people.
