i am a resedent and i recently moved to the front because my car got broken into 3 times, and there was 5 rapes 5 burglories during the holidays, and a knife stabing and a gun shot in the head next to the laundry room accross the way, there was a mexican guy going up to 5 year old children asking what set they claim and another going around the appartments knocking on peoples doors asking them for food and to take a shower in there bathroom.there is always people having sex in the pool in the back. and always someone walking around the premices with a gun. i heard from someone that they evicted a appartment that was made for prostitution/ escorting/ drugs and the managers let you pay 300.00 dollars so they wont do a background check on you. i know i did i was 17 years old when i moved in hear. the security sucks and the are always gone they put up there signg and go do what ever. you should have been here 2 security companies ago they used drug in the little shack and left there pipe there for yo to see it. one lady even asked me if i knew anyone who has any cristal because she has to work over time for someone else, oh yeah she asked me with my son in my arms. and the other night there was a domestic fight that happend and the security asked me to go ask the cops to come over to him so he can make a report for him. and he also just stood accross the street because he is scared of cops!!!!! the managment is poor! the mantnence is poor i like the people but not as staff they dont know how to do a job. they wont even give me a job here and i worked in real estates. and they hire people how do drugs and brake into the homes of good hard earning residece and the numbering on the appartments and the parking stalls is outragess and who ever did it must have been tweeking or on something:):) ha ha ha i just laugh because thats all i can do is laugh. i am soooooo glad they are selling the property.

Thank you and thank you to everyone who posted their true experiences about Tamaron ranch. I am a student who is looking for her first apartment and after speaking with a staff member over the phone I decided it sounded okay. I hadn't gone to visit yet and decided before I did to see what the reviews are. After reading these reviews there is no way in HELL I am moving over there, thank you so much for the heads up!
