was commited by someone the victim knew and trusted. The homicide happend on a Saturday and by thursday of that week they had arrested the suspect. That is something that could happen anywhere.

There is new security as well. They are stopping incoming traffic in the evenings and at night as well as foot patrols 24 hours a day. They are so much better than the last company!

The new owners and management really seem committed to making changes for the better!

yes, let's also talk about how security is so great that they create a line of cars sometimes up to 10 cars waiting to get into their own homes at 10:00 at night because 2 of them are too lazy or uneducated to open up the driveway completely. It takes 2 guards (armed) to view each car? Can they possibly open up two lanes and each view car traffic to avoid long lines and traffic grid locks with the potential for accidents.

I was impressed with the change of security companies at first. Now i'm not sure what to think. Sometimes they're there, sometimes they're not. Sometimes they are checking each car, sometimes theyre just sitting in the little box. I come home from work every night at 10:15pm and that's my experience. The people are nice though, just inconsistant and often times seem lazy. Or maybe they profile people as they drive in.

I LOVE the new security. I've seen a couple of times when they aren't really paying attention but I just call them and tell them about it. Thanks for posting info about the homocide. I've been worried about that since I found out about it. And "firm", deal with the lines. It's better than having some freak come in and break into your car at night right?

The security guards are very lazzy they don't deserve to be there, they should hire a more proffesional and responsible security company to minimize crime. Capital Force have security guards that party with the tenents, most of the guards have criminal background that the clients are not aware of. I checked sacramento county public rescords and found it.
