i moved in here almost 2 years ago and i must say living here was hell. my least is alomst up and i will be moving this time around theres no renewing at this place for me.there has been 2 murders well we were here. theres kids and grown up smoking weed by the pool. we were at the pool one day and the security caught a sex pervert. they have washing machines and dryers that only take your money because the washer wont spin or fill up with water and the dryers wont dry your clothes. you have people park in your stall and the security tells you thats your problem. then why are they here for if they not going do anything about it. you get maintence issues and they do half ass jobs where the problem keeps reaccurring. this place has tons of roaches and its not just my apartments ive talked to other neighbors and they have it to. oh and on top of all this when i first moved in they issued me a stall so i was parking in there for the longest then one day my daughter saw them towing my vehicle when i went in to see what was going on they said i was parked in the wrong stall but i showed them my parking pass that they gave me and it showed that was my stall came to find out that when they renewed my lease they changed my stall with out telling me or giving me a new parking pass so thats when i said im done with this place i cant wait to be out. they worry more about making changes then taking care of there residents and making it a safe living place. so i advise you do not sign a lease with this place you will regret every moment.

Must say, I was unable to fully absorb what the tenant was trying to express with all the bad grammer I had to stumble over...

I agree with a lot of what this tenant said and I'm glad that they spoke up. Contrary to what the one responder said, I was able to absorb what the tenant was saying.

What part of "living here is hell" is hard to understand? It's an awful place to live. The management is rude and ignorant.

I live in the complex. It is pretty bad but I've held my own. It's not hell. It's an apartment complex, not heaven. The first responder, who was trying to be grammatically correct and stupidly making fun of the comment, spelled grammar incorrectly. They can have a taste of their own medicine. I'm moving in March... let's just leave it at that.

I moved into Tamaron Ranch (now Natomas Ridge) in March of 2006. The location is great but yes, there are roaches, nasty garbage areas where people seem to not be able to actually put their garbage in the trash receptacles, non-working washers and dryers (no note is placed on them to let others know), noisy loud banging music at night and cars peeling out. If you live downstairs-pray that you don't get heavy footed or 2 a.m. banging noises by your upstairs neighbors who don't seem to take gracious "please keep it down" so you won't have to call security on them requests seriously. Also, the upstairs neighbors who sweep their trash, cigarette butts etc. onto your patio area and wonder why you ask them nicely to not do it so you are left with no choice but to complain and then they are usually evicted a few months later if not sooner. Also, I have complained several times about my master bathroom shower because the upstairs shower wets and rots the ceiling over my shower causing mold and mildew. It has been painted over twice without fixing the problem completely. Now that washers and dryers are installed, the upstairs people run theirs and I guess the fan that drys out the ceiling area runs all night long. Yes, I have heard of two murders (one is the girl who was burned and can see that apartment from my apartment window as a constant reminder and they rented it out about 3 months later!!!). My generic toyota hub caps were stolen in early 2008 and my parking stall is right in view of the office!!! How crazy is that?!?!?! The night time lighting is horrible and I'm not surprised more people haven't been victims of crime. It's like they don't replace the bulbs when they burn out, leaving us all in jeopardy of being a crime victim. All in the name of being cheap and saving $??? Yes, more security officers are needed. It's at least a 800 unit complex. One or two cannot possibly keep tabs at night time.
