We have lived here for over a year and the property has greatly improved. We transfered into a renovated apartment for a great price and just recently had a washer/dryer installed. There is no way you would find a nicer apartment home for the price. The bathtubs are newly refinished, there's new carpet, new EVERYTHING!! The paint really gives it a "home" feel. Sacramento in general is a little scarier than I'd prefer, but crime happens everywhere. I feel like Natomas Ridge is by far the best apartment in the area. The office staff is incredibly helpful and they look like they are having a great time. They are inviting and have made my experience here ten times better. I would reccommend Natomas Ridge to everyone. Normally I'd never write on one of these things... since everyone knows it's only people that are angry at the world and want to spread their misery, but I feel Natomas Ridge is being picked on especially hard. They are doing so many positive things to improve the complex and I can honestly say it's a day and night change from when we first moved in!!

The only misery being spread is caused by living here! 15 bad reviews in a row...then your review...hmmmm Crime happens everywhere but it's especially concentrated here. We're moving out tomorrow morning and your very helpful staff made a billing error....you guessed it...in THIER FAVOR! Make sure your wonderful friends in the office don't try to steal $250 from you with a "billing error" when you move out.
