I'm amazed at all the bad reviews this apartment complex gets. I have been living here for eight months and really like the place. Clean, quiet, well kept neighborhood. Atleast where I'm at. All the additional work the management company has been doing has been great also. Location is great also.

Yes, have been living here since April 2008. I agree with some of the other reviews. Some people do ruin the living experience for the rest of us. However, I have been to other apartment complexes in Natomas and every time I come back here I feel at home. Like in city that has it's bad and good areas the same can be said for Natomas Ridge. However, if we all try to be good neighbors the quality of life improves greatly.

You state: "At least were I'm at..." ( is a nice place). Well maybe in your 20 unit bldg. that is true. The problem is that there are 800 more units here and some of them aren't "nice".

Wow! Let me get this right: Natomas Ridge is so bad that previous residents can't beleive that somebody would give the place a good rating? Incredible....Ha-Ha!!

I consider myself a fairly generous person but rating Natomas Ridge a 5 is taking generousity to a whole new level! It makes me very concerened about where you moved here from. You may need to speak to a professional about this and tell yourself that you are worth more, deserve more, and that it's okay to be happy. Baby steps okay?
