I have lived here for a year and can't wait to leave. The managment treats the tenants like cattle. Personalized service is absolutely out of the question. In addition the maintenance staff has keys to every apartment and enter without giving notice to the tenant and without even notifying the managment office.
Their maintenance staff entered my apartment, handled my undergarments, and threw my clothing and other personal belongings on the floor. Absoulutely no notice was given to me that there was a problem in my apartment and when I inquired of the management office they said that there wasn't a problem but since they were in there anyway(supposedly by accident) they decided to do some work in my apartment. The management office basically said "oh well, it's too late now." This is not any place for a reasonable person to want to live.

I wish I could count on these as a review as I am planning on moving in on the 23rd. I would think that if maintenance is fixing issues that would be a positive thing. I think that people that are bitter should take a moment to mellow out before spewing anger across the internet. Just a thought.

For the person moving in on the 23rd. Why are you still reading reviews if your decision is made? Sounds to me like you're not sure about YOUR decision.

Ah, my lease is up in august. Counting the days. Good luck to the sucker who rents my apt. I like how they sent out inspection notices, very informative. However, it would have been nice if they actually came on the scheduled day instead of 2 days late.

Every time somebody posts a bad review about natomas ridge, ONE POSTER always comes in and posts that the negative poster is bitter... anybody see a pattern here? And too, it seems that a good indication of how good or bad a product or service is would be to see how many costomers come away "bitter". So...yeah...I'm bitter. As a matter of fact I'm bitter as hell! We moved out 4 months ago and it was so bad that I'm STILL deeply offended by the way we were treated. The managers of natomas ridge shouldn't be in charge of ANYTHING, let alone somebody's apartment...

Yea, I agree the poster allegedely moving on the 23rd is someone who works there!! I lived there for 15 months, never again! It was the wost living situation in my life!! Fights every weekend, security is a joke the office staff are beyond rude... and yes almost 2years later I am still mad!! Someone was raped in their apartment, 2 murders these apts are a joke people are so bitter yet the complex has changed their name 4 times in the last 3 years!? Beware do not move in here, you will regret it.

you guys are all crazy get a life, No one is perfect. every where you live you will find things you like and things you dislike. THATS LIFE! Get your ---- together and buy a house. this place definetly has the nicest interiors compared to all the other apartments in natomas, Security is 24 hours, I just asked them yesterday. I have lived in apartments now for 10 years and no place I've ever lived is perfect. do you have any idea how hard it would be to run an apartment complex of this size having to try to please all of you complainers. You must not work in any customer service job, you would know its IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY!! and to see 5 people unhappy out of 800 apartments it looks like they are doing pretty good.

They were three (3) weeks late on their apartment inspection!! And when they did come, they didn't let me know. I wouldn't have known if it wasn't for my next door neighbor!! She was home. Moving out soon. They're new pricing deal is a scam, by the way. Don't fall for it.

yeah who has to offer a cruise to get someone to move in? This is madness, if you like low budget living please move here; they will be more than happy to treat you like a low-budget tenant and provide you with low-budget service.
