The place has consistently gone down hill.
The security doesn't respond to most calls placed. I had a neighbor being evicted due to a domestic abuse situation and was told to call security when I saw them in the apartment. It was 6:15 am and they did not answer the phone nor were they at the gate.
Today when I called to complain the second week in a row about them doing the mowing and trimming before 8 am I was just told the agreement is they start after 7:30 am. Call me crazy but people still are asleep at 7:30 am!
More and more the attitude of the office personnel is 'WHATEVER'. If you leave messages for someone to call you back you have great chance of it not happening. Annual inspections happened 3 days after they were scheduled and this happens with everything they say will happen on a particular day. Twice I tried to schedule maintence and both times they messed up the day and time.
It seems they will let anyone in to the complex now. I have lived in many apartments and I have never encountered such rude people living here and running the place.
As for their 'pet policy' you have to pay a pet rent each month on top of the deposit. Too bad its illegal for them to ask that for all the kids living in apartments.
Don't live facing near the main road through the complex. The noise is HORRIBLE! Loud car stereos that I can hear it a ways back from the main road over my television even.
The hot tubs rarely work. The washing machines & dryers seldom all work in one laundry room.
Most the upgrades they are doing are cosmetic - siding, painting, lawn maintenence, paving.
I will be leaving at the end of my lease!

This review is thoughtful. Most is true. However, what the writer called "upgrades" I would really call "maintenance" items. The recent upgrades have been the installation of plumbing for washing machines. They inconvienced a lot of residents by scheduling this work over a 2 wk period. I had to take everything out of my closet and leave it on the sofa for a week. And yes, you can have a washer for $60 extra per month!

Not worth it! it's a $60 headache. and they enter your apt. whenever they choose. They could care less about tenants here. They care nothing of themselves or the people that live here.

nevermind the fact that not only are you paying an extra 60 a month for a tiny washer/dryer but you lose a ton of closet space and your smud goes up.
