Thank God I no longer live here, but I did for alomost 2 years and let me tell you these apartments are no JOKE!! Ignore the post that tell you how wonderful this place is, it's obviously the completely unprofessional office staff! First of all when I first came to look at the apartments everyone was SOOOOOO nice, the complex seemed quite well maintained, there was 24 hour security you had to notify security if you were having a guest come in they verified licenses, there were at least 2 guards at the gate and 3 roaming the parking lot. Great!! Fast forward about 6 months later only one security guard at the gate for 24 hours. Huge problems in the complex, peoples cars being stolen, vandalized, or broken in to. People driving in out of the complex musing BLARING at all hours of the night & day. Every Fri & Sat night fighting in the parking lot. And what does the management do' They tell you call the police!! The maintence people look like meth addicts and repair things living your apt a mess! There have been several rapes and murders in this complex just in the last 4 years alone!! People steal your clothes out of the laundry room or their are scary people hanging around or the dryer/washer doesn't work, but of course you dont find out until you put your card in and of course they dont refund you!
My upstairs neighbor would blare her music all the time, I would politely ask her to turn it down, security had to go up there SEVERAL times. The last time I called security at 3am..yes 3 in the freakin morning. She still had the music blaring so then I went up there with the security gurard there and asked myself, unfortuntely the people who opened the door did not speak english. I went back to my apt. The next morning as Im leaving to go to work out comes the neighbor cursing me out and threating me.. mind you I am 7 1/2 months pregnant. So I called the office to complain. Well when I get home, I have a notice on my door telling me I have 24hours to correct behavior or get out. I call the office and they tell me the neighbor says I threatned her. I am livid!! I told the manager do you not check with security' The security guard was there the whole time, not to mention I was calling security and the office about her at least once a week, and I am pregnant so why would I try to fight someone- never mind that I am an adult!! His response will check into it!!! When I called back the next day, we checked with security so you can disregard the notice! What!' No apology nothing.
There were also at least 6 timese were I received 3 days to pay or quit notices when I had already paid my rent. Of course I had to go get my bank statement to show them. Not to mention that I had got a notice in Feb, about rent I supposedly did not pay in Oct' This staff is joke. I mean when you live in apts you kind of expect a certain level of noise, but dealing with inapt office staff who think they are better than you is unacceptable. I tried to complain several times to the manager he was just as bad as the people he manages, and when I asked for his supervisors contact information I was told he was it, Im like no, I want the person who issues your pay check and they told me we can't give you that information. Unbelievable! Like I said I'm glad to be gone, and I am very aware of incidents of crime in Natomas and these apts have gotten worse since my exit. They have changed the name at least 3 times in the last few years as well. So consider yourself warned. The only reason the ratings is even this high is because the office staff post themselves!! & Im not just a disgruntled former tennant the apts I live in now are fabulous. Staff are great very helpful complex is soooo quite, maintence is great!!

I live down the street from these apartments and the entire neighborhood has gone to hell. I don't know who or how many got out of prison, but the gangs are back. West El Camino Ave. has turned into a giant speedway and it's not even safe to go to the grocery store. Don't waste your time in this neighborhood, let it go, don't live here, so the homeowners will pester the "City Council" i.e. Ray Tretheway to get this cleaned up. The apartment complexes will only get involved when the absentee owners start getting bills to pay for the damage that the gang members and all the other low-lifes cause on the premises. They couldn't care less about the safety of long-time Natomas residents.

I absolutely agree with all your review. They did the 3 Day Notice or quit notice to us a couple times, and we always pay rent on time! These apartments are the worst!
