I have been living here for the past 7 years, when I first moved in I really liked this place it was nice and clean over the years things have changed, but since the new management it is really going down hill fast. My area used to be nice and quite, now I have to complaint at least once a week about the noise, trash not only on the grounds but on the balcony as well. The security is unreliable sometimes they are there and sometimes I can not see any one in front of the gate. Crime has gone up as well. Like I said I have been here 7 years and I can't wait to leave this place I will not renew my lease. I'm moving to home coming creek side and I can't wait. The staff is hard to work with even though I have been an good resident for this long. Oh and the parking sucks in this place too.

I am having the same noise problem. Calling the office or security solves the problem for FIVE MINUTES. Then, the tenants turn it up again. I will not be renewing my lease. Don't be fooled by the new renovated office. This is not a high (or even decent)quality place.
