I have lived in Natomas Ridge Apartments for a year. My lease is expiring next month & I will be leaving. I will give the pros & cons of living here-

PROS-
Flat rate utilities
Inexpensive rent for renovated apartments
Washer & Dryer can be included & it's very inexpensive too!
Work orders are completed very quickly
Management is very friendly. I loved Carlee!

CONS-
Section 8 trash
Nasty thugs will hit on you. They act like they have never seen blonde hair before.
Losers revving their ------ Honda's engine in the middle of the night
Cops & Crime Scene Investigators make a daily appearance
Children running around in the gym
One child in particular woke me up early in the morning every day off I had by saying- "Go to work Mommy" literally 50 times in a row. I hope her parents read this.
TERRIBLE parking. Good luck finding parking after 5:00pm.
Speed bumps that will drive you crazy!


This was my very first apartment and I am extremely happy to upgrade. However, if you can't afford anything else and you keep to yourself, you should be okay.

Hi, I'm also currently a tenant here at Natomas Ridge, to be honest, there's PROS and CONS no matter where you live, I've also lived here for almost 1 year, I have NEVER EVER seen a crime scene!!! You can move to an apartment building paying $1200.00 for a 2 bedroom and still have problems with thugs, and crime. I haven't had any problems at all. I love living here at the newly renovated Natomas Ridge. I will definitely re-new my lease.
