Natomas Village Apartments

THIS PLACE DESERVE AN A! From: asiangurlsusan Date posted: 4/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   i have been living here for more than a year now and there is really only one downer.....parking! It's never been so bad that I had to park in the streets but i do worry sometimes when i come home late that I wouldn't find parking! Any how, reason why i think they deserve an A. * Great people in office * maintence are always there * quiet neighborhood * car never broken into like Tameron Ranch * free BRINKS alarm, not a generic brand! * spacious floorplans * fair * I do feel safe when i come home at night * security is there for you well now that i think about it, i did find some bad things * dumb kids, no parents watching! * again parking! * little pool i think thats pretty much it, well they do maintence the place very early but they're just doing their job! what do you expect, you live in a apartment complex. sadly i will be moving soon, i really wish i could stay because i am afraid I wouldn't get the same service somewhere else. I am moving to be closer to school! anyhow, i really recommend this place.
