Have been here for a little over a year and was fairly satisfied with my living situation. The area is VERY sketchy, however, and despite it's look during the day, at night, it's a different scene. There are creepy people that lurk the streets in the dark, and it's just not a safe area to live in. There have been other crimes reported on other review sites that claim rapes, assaults, and drug deals. I have also witnessed CSI and police officers at this property.

My neighbors are loud as hell and security doesn't do a thing.

The grounds are well kept, however, despite the rules, a bunch of tenants keep their garbage and other storage items on their porch or patio and it looks so distasteful.

The staff of Natomas Village and Wentworth Property Management (the company that manages the property) DO NOT SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH and are hard to talk to. They rarely understand if you are experiencing a problem and are quick to whip out the rental agreement and tell you why you're wrong. They are also quick to take your money and make you sign a lease.

They just want your money and do not have any sympathy for their tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Apartments and companies like this one do not value customer service whatsoever.
